Soft Washing: We apply a mix of 1% Sodium Hypochlorite (SH) and our Soft Wash House Wash Surfactant to create a fully biodegradable solution that will killnot damage plants. This gently cleans surfaces like walls, cladding, fascias, and gutters.

Deck & Paver Cleaning: As part of your house wash, decks and surrounding pavers are lightly washed and then treated with Benzalkonium Chloride at no extra cost to eliminate moss, algae, and lichen and help prevent them from returning.

Safe & Effective: Soft washing avoids the risk of damage caused by high-pressure cleaning.

Long-Lasting Results: Removes growth at the root to keep surfaces cleaner for longer.

🏠 Roof Treatment (Optional Add-On)

We also offer a roof moss and algae treatment using Benzalkonium Chloride, a powerful but safe biocidal cleaner. It breaks down moss, algae, and lichen and helps prevent them from returning.
